Below are the terms and conditions for retreat bookings and classes as well as a liability waiver valid for my retreats and classes.

Terms & Conditions for Classes

Conditions for cancellation for participants of class

Cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled class will be charged in full.

Gift certificates and abonnements (packages) are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Terms & Conditions for Retreat

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. To ensure fairness to both you and Jennifer Frye (the retreat organizer), we have established the following cancellation policy:

 

  • More than 28 days before the retreat start date: A service charge of 100 CHF will be applied. The remaining balance will be refunded.

  • 28 – 14 days before the retreat start date: 50% of the total retreat cost will be retained.

  • 13 – 2 days before the retreat start date: 75% of the total retreat cost will be retained.

  • On the arrival day or in case of no-show: 100% of the total retreat cost will be retained.

  • Early departure during the retreat: No refunds will be issued for leaving the retreat early.

 

Cancellation of the Retreat by Organizer
In the unlikely event that Jennifer Frye must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances such as force majeure or natural disasters, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. We are not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for the retreat (e.g., travel costs).

Liability Waiver
Your well-being is our utmost priority. We encourage you to listen to your body's needs throughout the retreat and to modify your participation as needed. Please inform Jennifer Frye of any specific concerns or conditions so that she can provide appropriate support.

 

By participating in a class or retreat with Jennifer Frye, you agree to the following:

  • I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own well-being during the retreat.

  • I will listen to my body and modify or discontinue participation in any activity if I experience pain or discomfort.

  • I am aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations I may have and will inform Jennifer Frye of these before the retreat begins.

  • If I am pregnant, become pregnant, or am post-natal or post-surgical, I have obtained my physician's approval to participate.

  • I understand that Jennifer Frye is not a medical professional and cannot provide medical advice.

  • I release Jennifer Frye from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur during my participation in the retreat, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Jennifer Frye.

  • I agree to indemnify and hold Jennifer Frye harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from my participation in the retreat.
