About The Event
Hosted at the Center of Unity in the tranquil village of Schweibenalp, our weekend will begin with a yoga session to relax and reconnect with the body. Awaken each morning in this serene haven with views of Lake Brienz for yoga and meditation in the expansive studio. Enjoy locally sourced, organic vegetarian meals in the dining area or on the terrace. Engage in diverse yoga and meditation sessions crafted to inspire and restore balance to your mind, heart, and body. I hope you’ll join me for this weekend of health, restoration, and regeneration!
YOUR WEEKEND OF SELF-CARE
Begins Friday, October 10th at 16:00 and ends on Sunday, October 12th at 14:00, after lunch
Features a variety of yoga classes, including a mix of dynamic yoga, yin, pranayama, and restorative yoga.
Taught by Jennifer Frye, an experienced and qualified instructor (teaching since 2007).
Includes optional morning meditation practices.
