Sunday

Yin Yoga -- Rest and go inward

Yin Yoga is designed to stretch the deep, connective tissue in your body. In this class, you will move through a sequence of mostly seated or reclined postures. It is a passive, more relaxed way of increasing range of motion for the hips, shoulders and articulations in the body. We give ourselves permission to do less, go inward and, very simply, give our body our full attention...a gentle awareness.
