These weekly classes focus on postures from the Ashtanga Primary Series. With regular practice, the body becomes stronger, more flexible while the mind reaches a sense of calm and clarity. We finish with yin yoga*, relaxation and meditation. Extra attention is devoted to breathing techniques and to establishing correct alignment within each posture. Mats, straps and blocks provided. *Yin Yoga is a style of yoga, performed either seated or lying down, where you hold poses for three to five minutes, often using props. It’s heavily influenced by traditional Chinese medicine and Taoist tradition, designed to stretch your fascia, tendons and ligaments (connective tissue). It is a wonderful addition to dynamic forms of yoga, such as Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow; serving to heal the body while quieting the thinking mind.

- Thursdays 9h-10h Ashtanga Beginner/Intermediate
- Fridays 9h-10h Ashtanga All Levels
Please note for the month of April: I follow the school schedule. So, during the Easter Break I will continue to teach all of my classes EXCEPT, Thursday and Friday mornings April 6, 7, 13 & 14th. All other classes (including Autodesk and Celgene) will continue as usual.
